SHARE Financials and HCM will be unavailable Friday November 4, 2011 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for maintenance. If jobs are processing through the process monitor at 5:00 pm they will be cancelled. In order to insure that your processes complete successfully schedule them to process by 4:00 pm.
As a reminder, system maintenance is scheduled every weekend following paydays. The SHARE Portal page will be updated once maintenance is complete and the system is available.

The Department of Information Technology is requesting proposals from independent public accountants (IPA's) to prepare and audit the Department's GAAP financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. The Department reserves the option of renewing the initial contract on an annual basis for two (2) additional successive financial years pursuant to Section 13-1-150 NMSA 1978 and the State Auditor's Rule (Paragraph (4) of Subsection C of 126.96.36.199 NMAC).
All inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted to the Procurement Manager in writing. IPA's may contact ONLY the Procurement Manager regarding the procurement (please refer to the RFP notice down below for contact information). Other state employees do not have the authority to respond on behalf of the Department.
