The purpose of Information Technology Enterprise Policies is to establish a framework for providing enterprise services; define uniform guidelines, standards, and best practices for the management and use of computing systems and data communications.
The Department of Information Technology Policies outline specific requirements and principles to guide decisions and achieve rational outcome(s) which are specific to the Department and align with Information Technology Enterprise policies. The Department policies follow the ITIL model for service delivery.
